Platform Access & API Integrity

Users are granted a non-transferable right to access the Quilloox® vehicle intelligence dashboard and associated API endpoints. Any attempt to reverse-engineer the core software platform, exploit telemetry data streams, or deploy the platform's media assets for unauthorized surveillance or unlawful tracking is strictly prohibited.

System Availability & Liability Limitation

Quilloox® provides real-time tracking metrics and automated predictive intelligence models. While our server infrastructure is engineered for maximum uptime and sub-meter precision, Quilloox® is not liable for structural network gaps, regional telecommunications outages, or localized signal degradation that causes temporary data drops. The platform serves as an operational asset visibility tool and does not replace the primary liability or physical safety obligations of human operators and fleet managers.

Jurisdictional Governance

This platform infrastructure, its core intellectual property, and all enterprise service agreements are governed strictly under local regulations and corporate laws, with legal resolution processed through designated regional jurisdictions.
